"When we understand human nature and the role of our 'survival instinct', we can then understand why symptoms of ill health develop."

"Knowing the 'cause & effect' or the 'triggers & symptoms' gives us the knowledge to calm down the dominant survival instinct & restore a state of balance."

"The survival instinct is energetic.  An energetic problem requires an energetic solution."

Stress!

Exhaustion!

Symptoms!

We all understand what stress means. When it comes to our health, the things in our lives that really stress us are the things that switch on our Survival Instinct. Any long lasting or high impact stress simply signals danger to the mind & body. This leads to a situation where the mind & body are no longer in a natural balance of homeostasis. The conscious mind or soul* becomes overshadowed by the survival instinct & it is a totally unconscious occurrence.

In this state, any weaker areas of our body no longer get the extra energy that is necessary for basic function.

There are normal responses to stressors that are simply a part of human life - such as accidents, birth or the death of loved ones.

If the stress response is long lasting or out of proportion, it starts to affect our ability to live a happy & healthy life. We also each have highly individual stressors that are unique to our own survival instinct type.

*'Soul' is not meant in any religious context & you can exchange the word 'consciousness' depending on preference.

We also all understand what exhaustion means. Exhaustion switching on our survival instinct & affecting our health is about a serious depletion of life energy. This is about much more than simply feeling naturally tired after working or playing hard. This is the type of exhaustion that we don't bounce back from.

In this state of exhaustion, our survival instinct is activated because such low energy levels puts a human being in danger. Our survival instinct knows nothing about modern life - it is hard wired to surviving in tribal group life in the wilds of nature.

If the exhaustion is long lasting, it causes a peculiar state of trying to 'compete for resources' which is a totally unconscious occurrence. We naturally try to push harder to compensate for the exhausted state & to stop other people noticing.

This is because humans can only survive by living in groups & in a tribal group everyone must pull their weight for the survival of the whole. If we are exhausted we cannot do this & our survival instinct is switched on as a result. This is because we unconsciously fear being thrown out of the group which puts us in serious danger.

When the survival instinct is switched on and dominant for a long time, we begin to produce symptoms of ill health. The survival instinct doesn't care about sending any extra energy to our weaker areas. These weaker areas require extra energy from the body to come up to the normal functioning capability of stronger areas. We are all born with naturally weaker areas & we can acquire them due to poisoning or trauma. Aside from a serious accident or accidental poisoning, I believe we are more likely to suffer trauma & toxicity to those areas that are weaker in the first place!

There will always be a trigger somewhere in the biography of the person that led to a drop in energy; the survival instinct becoming dominant and the production of symptoms.

This is about cause & effect: the effects are the symptoms and it is very important to address both cause & effect rather than just the symptoms the mind & body produce.

Your individual Survival Instinct Pattern will determine both what your triggers are and what your symptoms are. These Survival Instincts Patterns are categorised by colours & a traditional role for clarification. Each homeopathic medicine is also governed by one particular 'survival’ colour due to the energy used to make the original substance.
